Staff Retention and Recruitment Coordinator
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Lily started going to camp when she was 10 and hasn’t left Camp JCA Shalom since. She was a CIT in 2015 and has worked as a ropes specialist, counselor, and long-time Unit Head, most recently for the Teen Age Service Camp (TASC) program. She has now joined the year-round team as the Staff Retention and Recruitment Coordinator. Lily graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in History and is eager to continue being a part of Camp Magic all year round!
