Honorees

Rabbi Bill Kaplan is being honored for his immeasurable contributions to Shalom Institute. After 36 years of devoted service to the organization, Rabbi Kaplan is stepping down, leaving behind a legacy of impact, inspiration, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to our community.

Dr. Clive Segil is receiving the prestigious L’Dor V’Dor award, presented in recognition of his profound and enduring commitment to Jewish education and continuity.

Raffle Grand Prize

*Estimated value $6,800. Prize includes villa stay only. Airfare, food and entertainment are not included.

Grand Prize: 7-Night Stay at Montecristo Villa

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community located in Los Cabos, Mexico. Measuring 2,800 square feet inside and 1700 feet of covered ocean view terraces, Montecristo Ocean View Villas feature three spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a dining room, living room with fireplace, full kitchen with appliances, spacious TV room with flat-screen TVs, an additional half bathroom for guests and a laundry room. Bedroom amenities include walk-in closets, pillow top mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. Bathroom amenities include dual-sink vanities and jetted bathtubs. Villas accommodate up to eight adults in the bedrooms, plus an additional two with the sofa bed. The villas are non-smoking. There is an optional all-inclusive resort package available for additional cost.

Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas offers a multitude of wonderful amenities, including a community pool, a sports bar, state-of-the art fitness center and luxury spa, professional chef catering, personalized concierge service, babysitting services, and complimentary transportation services to and from neighboring sister Pueblo Bonito hotels and the Quivira Golf Club. Free WiFi access is available in the villa and throughout the clubhouse.
