Family Fun Days at Shalom Institute
The Gilberg Family Jewish Holiday Experience presents our Family Fun Days series designed to bring joy, fun and a camp-like atmosphere to the celebration of Jewish holidays for young families in the Los Angeles Jewish community. Hosted at our picturesque Alan D. Leve Campus in Malibu, each celebration is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while participating in a variety of engaging, holiday-themed activities. A highlight of our campus is the brand new, accessible and inclusive ropes course, featuring a wide array of exciting elements that will challenge and thrill participants of all ages.
Family Fun Days are packed with activities that celebrate themes of each Jewish holiday. From arts and crafts to environmental education, animal encounters, nature walks, song sessions and more, there is truly something for everyone. Engage in scavenger hunts, gardening, the apple press and our unique “Jamba Jews” bike blender experience. These hands-on activities ensure that families create lasting memories together as they celebrate the Jewish holidays. Our series includes celebrations of Sukkot, Hanukkah, Tu B’Shvat, and Passover. Gather your family for a day of fun, adventure, and community at our stunning Malibu campus.
