Schedule:
10:30am – 1:30pm – Event run time, activities available!
11:00am – 1:00pm – Lunch available in the dining hall!
11:45am – Robbo Sing-A-Long: Enjoy Passover-themed songs, nostalgic camp tunes, and of course Robbo originals. Be prepared to sing, dance, and have a fun time.
12:15pm – Camp Tour led by Camp Director, Allison David
1:15pm – Last call on activities!
1:30pm – Shalom! See you this Summer!
Activities:
- Zip line – Can you part the way and cross the Red Sea like the Israelites?
- Rock Wall – Climb up Mount Sinai to get the 10 Commandments!
- Camp Crafts: Friendship Bracelets & Lanyards, Freedom-Centered Kavanah (intention) Bracelets
- Burning Bush Lantern – Decorate a jar with red, orange, and yellow tissue paper to create your own lamp – a Moses’ burning bush lantern!
- Design A Matzah Cover -Decorate a fabric square with fabric markers, stamps, and other tools to create a special matzah cover for the Seder.
- Frogs Everywhere! – Make jumping origami frogs or decorate small stones as “plague frogs” to remember the second plague in Egypt.
- Get into the Holiday Spirit: Face Painting, Nail Painting, Hair Braiding
- Passover Sips on the Bike Blender – Red Sea Tea!
- Bubble-mania
- Plague Toss – A carnival-style game where players throw beanbags representing the Ten Plagues into labeled buckets!
- Pyramid Builders – Teams compete to build the tallest or most creative “pyramid” using blocks, marshmallows & toothpicks, or cardboard boxes.
- Freedom Mural – A big community art project where families add drawings or words about what freedom means to them today.
