Jackie Pepper

Jackie attended Camp JCA Shalom for 14 consecutive summers, beginning her camp career as a Habonim camper and working her way up to TASC Unit Head upon graduating from college. From confidence-building to the creation of lifelong friendships, Jackie credits her time at camp as being a transformational experience during both childhood and adulthood. While moving on to a professional career in broadcast journalism, Jackie never strayed far from her camp roots, maintaining a presence at the Shalom Institute and incorporating her camp family into daily life. After nearly two decades covering sports as a reporter and video producer, Jackie is thrilled to return to Shalom Institute full time as a Development Associate. As someone who has experienced the impact of Shalom Institute’s programs firsthand, Jackie is enthusiastic about helping the organization evolve and enabling it to remain a community stalwart for generations to come.
